BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION:

Introduction of 1C:ERP Enterprise Management in YATEC, modules for warehouse, procurement, finance management, settlements, sales.
Comprehensive automation of HR management processes based on 1C:ZUP (1S. Company Management Program) vers. 3.1. Automation of HR processes such as HR administration, time-keeping, payroll calculation, and distribution of payslip to emails of the Company personnel.
Development and introduction of Reports configuration based on 1C platform for supervision of production parameters
Transition of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates to a unified electronic document flow (EDF) system
Over 90 % of partners have switched to communications via the EDF
Electronic digital signature is implemented in the document flow of the Company
Transition to a dedicated mobile app for fixed asset count
Introduction of IT Oil, a new advanced operator system for fuelling stations Fuelling stations connected to the Yandex.Zapravki system

INTRODUCTION OF ONLINE ANALYTICAL TOOLS BASED ON POWER BI:

Panel of key production and financial indicator monitoring, cash flow, main pipeline operations, reports of the Board of Directors, panel for investors (a webinar within floatation of bonds)

DIGITAL FIELD:

The first stage of online remote output of production parameters from Srednevilyuiskoe gas condensate field is implemented on the MasterSCADA platform
Remote parameter monitoring equipment is launched at 8 wells of gas reservoir No. 2 at the left part of Srednevilyuiskoe field, with readings displayed at control room workstations and with online access

DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE

Internet connection scheme for users in Kyzyl-Syr settlement is revised; not it does not need VPN to access external network. Optical cable to the main production facilities is installed.
Local and wireless networks at the facilities of Yakutsk and Kyzyl-Syr settlement is upgraded
A contractor for construction of a broadband pre-LTE network with full coverage of the Srednevilyuiskoe gas condensate field is assigned by competitive bidding
