PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Construct a 1,300 km long main gas pipeline to the shore of the Sea of Okhotsk (pipeline route will pass via Vilyuysky, Gorny, Megino-Kangalassky, Khangalassky, Amginsky, Ust-Maisky uluses of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Ayano-Maisky district of Khabarovsk Krai),

Motor fuel and gas chemicals plant in Nizhny Bestyakh settlement (Yakutia),

LNG plant (Khabarovsk Krai).

Introduce innovative production technologies and transition to digital production, development and launch of the Tsifrovoye mestorozhdenie (“Digital Field”) project.

Implement sustainable development policies including environmental policy and mitigation of environmental impact.

Create a clear and transparent corporate governance system complying with global standards.

Set up real-professional management and engineering teams.

Foster the reputation of financial stability and high credit rating.

of existing and potential
license areas of gas and condensate
production and further processing.

Facilitate development of the north of Khabarovsk Krai by construction of production facilities of a natural gas liquefaction plant in the onshore area.

Improve infrastructure availability in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Khabarovsk Krai (by building airports, ports, a railway hub), and expand gas infrastructure.
